Punto Spanish fetches spanish_sentences.md over HTTP, so it won't work when opened as a local file (file:// URL). Run a simple local web server from the project folder:
python3 -m http.server 8080
Then open Safari and go to http://localhost:8080

Get a daily reminder to practise. Notifications require browser permission, and you can turn this off anytime.
Save a copy of your progress as a file, or restore one you saved before. Works with or without an account — a good habit before clearing browser data or switching devices.
These features send your typed answer to an AI service to check it or explain a mistake. AI feedback can be wrong — treat it as learning support. Details in Privacy below.

Punto Spanish can keep a small, private log on this device of technical hiccups — like a failed backup or a sign-in retry — to help fix bugs. It never includes your answers, journal text, recordings, email or account details, and it's never sent anywhere unless you choose to copy or export it.
No diagnostics recorded yet.
Some Punto Spanish features use AI to check answers, explain mistakes, review journal writing and check spoken answers. Only the text — or, for speaking checks, a short recording — needed for the feature is sent, and AI responses can be wrong — they're learning support, not authoritative correction.
